Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour with Yatrika Tours Pvt Ltd.By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. if the tour is canceled all amount paid by you will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable for consequential loss suffered.

Tour timing may differ.It may be revised at any time during the tour, with or without notice depending upon the situations.We will try to say it in advance. In this case if any tour participant misses any part of sightseeing due to his/delay, he will not be entitled to claim a refund for the same. No refund will be paid..

Yatrika Tours Pvt Ltd accepts no responsibilities for any losses, additional expenses due to delay or change, missed connections, strike, weather/quarantine or other causes.All such expenses must be borne by the customer.

We may, at the tour, be required to withdraw any person due to his illegal acts,we won’t refund their money..

The payments should be made by Cash,Credit card, Cheque and Net Banking. Advance payment 50% at the time of booking,Balance amount to be paid 10 days before the departure. Without full payment customers will not be allowed to take part in the tour.

It is the responsibility of the customers to take care of their personal belongings.

Due to any unfortunate circumstances, if any customers cannot be able to attend the tour, the cancellation charge will be as follows:
  • More than 45 days before the departure date: No cancellation charge
  • Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
  • Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 90% of total tour cost
  • Flight tickets Cancellation charges will be charged from your money as per the Airline policy.

- Passengers to carry original valid Identity Proof during journey
- Changes in the tour may happen due to some unforeseen circumstances.
- Please Note Due to Bad weather,any technical issue, flight cancellation or date change in the timings of the flight may happen.In that time the client has to bear all the expenses.

We provide accommodation in decent star hotels. According to your bookings the rooms will be twin or triple sharing. According to the checkout time of the hotel the accommodation will be given. If a customer needs any extra room he has to pay an extra amount.
Whenever you have enrolled in any of our tours, it means that you have read & accepted all our tour’s rules & regulations & instructions.
