50% at the time of booking and balance can be paid 10 Days prior to departure.

The amount can be paid through Cheque/Cash/Online transfer in favour of Yatrika Tours Pvt Ltd.

• More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charge
• Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: 90% of total tour cost
• Flight ticket Cancellation charges will be charge as per Airline policy.

Due to natural hazards, all kinds of transportation cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents Yatrika Tours Pvt Ltd not Responsible.

Any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control Yatrika Tours Pvt Ltd not Responsible.

Please Note Due to Bad weather technical problem, flight cancellation date change are flight time change directly or indirectly client has to bearer all the expense.

Stay updated on govt. advisory from departing & arriving to avoid inconvenience.

Maintain hygiene and social distancing.

Person above 65 years of age, persons with comorbidities, pregnant woman and children below the age of 10 years will not allowed for Darshan.

Practice frequent hand washing with soap (for at least 40-60 seconds) even when hands are not visible dirty. Use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be made wherever feasible.

Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a tissue/handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly.

No physical offerings like Prasad/distribution or sprinkling of holy water, etc. will be allowed inside the Temple Premises.

Self-monitoring of health by all and reporting any illness at the earliest to state and district helpline.

Passport should be valid 6 months prior to the Arrival.

Child age will be calculated as per Date of Birth in Passport.
